Delta County 4-H Scholarship

To apply for a $500 Delta County 4-H Youth Scholarship, you must:

  1. Be currently enrolled and an active member in Delta County 4-H Youth Programs.
  2. Be a college freshman in the fall of this current year.
  3. Provide recommendation letters from your current academic advisor and 4-H Leader.
  4. Provide a portfolio of your 4-H accomplishments and complete your 4-H story
  5. Complete this application form and return it with the items listed above to:4-H Youth Staff,2840 College Avenue,Escanaba, MI 49829
